Click on Report an Issue

Insert the required field and submit your request. * field will be mandatory to fill and Submit.

Select IT in issues related to.
Select Issue type there are 4 Menu.
- HARDWARE: Any Hardware-related issues.
- NETWORK: VPN or website-related issues.

SAP:
- Select BASIS for (SAP User lock, SAP not working at all, Not able to login, The login screen does not appear) related issues.
- Select ABAP (SAP Authorization, Program Error, T-code Error, Any SAP Application related Error)
- SOFTWARE: ANY SOFTWARE LIKE ACROBET WRITER, OFFICE, ADOBE, COREL AUTOCAD RELETED ISSUE
- Email Relasted Issues: Mailing issues, outlook problem, Email Pasword related issues.
SUBJECT : MENTION YOUR COMPUTER ISSUE RELETED TO.
DESCRIPTION : BRIEF INFORMATION OF YOUR ISSUE.
If possible paste screen short of error or attached JPG of your computer error.
Click on SUBMIT
Click on 3 lines to know the status of your Ticket.

Click on Tickets will show you whom to assign ticket and what is the status of your ticket.
