How to activate Fresh Service User for the 1st time
User guide for Fresh Service ticketing application.
STEP – 1 - Activate your Freshwork Account
You will receive the email notification below to activate your account as soon as we create your new account on the Fresh Service Ticketing portal.
1]:- Go to your email application ( E.g. Microsoft Outlook)
Open email notification received from itsupport@hindustanpencils.com . in that mail, click on activation link as shown in the picture below.

Once you click on the above link, the screen below will appear.


Enter and confirm your password here. The password must be alphanumeric and contain between 8 and 16 characters.
Select Time Zone as – “(GMT+5:30) Mumbai”
Then click on –“Activate your account” button. Below screen will appear

This is a one-time task. After finishing, you must always log calls by following step #2.
STEP-2 :-
1] Launch any web browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome.
In your browser, copy and paste the following URL. Just create a shortcut of this URL in your browser's favorites.

When you click the link, the screen below will show up.

On the upper right corner of the screen, select the Login button.
The screen below will show up.


If ask for Resend activation email, Click on it.

Click on user activation link.

Enter your Name and Password and select Time Zone.
Then Activate your account.

Log out after activated your account.
